On this special eve, our Research Center of Excellence in Innovation of Essential Oil, WALAILAK UNIVERSITY proud to present the essential oil paper produced from fungal pulp. For many years, we are working towards long-term goals on production of eco-friendly food safe packaging. And recently, we had developed a paper from fungal pulp (Trametes versicolor) that enable to substitute the chemically wood-pulp paper which caused many environmental pollutions. Moreover, combination with essential oil, this fungal fiber network able to reserve and continue release essential oil compounds that is the source of the fragrance you could feel from this card.
